We wanted to make windsurfing easy, especially for the kids. The Compact Grom MK1 introduces our innovative compact technology to inspire the new generation.

The Compact Grom is simply an extension of the Standard Grom, taking the high performance lightweight 3 batten design to new levels of portability. A 280 mast together with a 60cm extender gives a soft and forgiving feel to the sail, with plenty of usable power, delivered easily to the rider. The super RDM boom gives a comfortable grip even to the smallest hands, reduce fatigue and allowing more hours on the water. 

4 sizes of sail are available to pick and choose your perfect quiver. 2.6, 3.2, 3.8 and 4.4, offering something for everyone in all conditions.

So whether you want to skateboard to the beach, or simply need to persuade mum or dad to put your gear in the car, the Compact Grom Mk1 is the tiny package with a whole lot of performance. 

The Compact Grom Mk1 sail is designed to be combined with the Compact Grom rig pack.

COMPACT GROM RIG PACK

A portable rig pack designed exclusively for the Compact Grom sail. A special 280 mast design uses a reduced wall thickness, reducing the weight and also improving the flew characteristics fo the lighter rider. Due to the smaller size, we were able to use a standard boom construction, with only a small modification to the arms and  extension tube. This further reduced the weight. Finally we add the alloy extension, uphaul and of course the bag. Just add the sails of your choice and you are ready to hit the water. (Total est. weight Compact Grom Rig pack + 3 Sails 14kg).
